Late payment due to car accident 

Dear, Mr. Jay

I am sorry for the late payment of your invoice numberJ223, and now I am enclosing our cheque for $100,000 in full settlement .

The delay was due to the car accident. It's happing when I went to Phnom Penh. I did not leave instructions for your account to be paid. I only discovered it when I getting better.

My apologies one again for this delay.
